Delivery time:
The delivery time – unless otherwise stated – is currently 3-5 business days (excluding special sizes) within Germany and 5-8 business days (excluding special sizes) outside Germany. The regular delivery time can be delayed in both cases due to holidays, New Year's Eve, etc. For freight items, a delivery time of 5-8 working days is generally to be expected. The delivery time for special size orders can take up to 12 weeks.
Shipping costs:
Within Germany, shipping costs amount to 5,- EUR. For freight items, the shipping costs are 30,- EUR.

How much weight can the hanging clothes rail carry?
Our high-quality RUBI clothes rail with ceiling mounting is so sturdily constructed that it can presumably carry a weight of up to 30 kilograms. Therefore, hanging heavy coats or winter jackets is not a problem. We expressly recommend not to exceed the specified weight, as otherwise it cannot be guaranteed that the construction will hold sufficiently on the ceiling.
How is the metal clothes rail assembled?
The assembly of our popular RUBI clothes rail made of powder-coated metal is quick and uncomplicated, as outlined step by step in the included written assembly instructions. The coat rack is attached to the ceiling using drill holes and sleeves and is screwed tight with special threaded pins. All plugs and screws, as well as a suitable Allen key, are included with your order.

Since the RUBI clothes rail is mounted on the ceiling, it is important to consider the type of ceiling before ordering. Ceilings made of concrete and related composite constructions are particularly suitable. In the case of plasterboard ceilings, it is important to use special dowels. We recommend toggle dowels, for example. For all other types of ceilings, especially classic wooden ceilings or modern wood paneling, we recommend obtaining an individual professional assessment.
